RYAN HALLAHAN


BRIEF BIO

 

In 2011, Dr. Ryan Hallahan joined AT&T as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Architecture & Planning group within AT&T Labs.  He completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Engineering & Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University where his dissertation focused on analyzing methods and proposals for improving public safety wireless communication systems, particularly in the United States. His papers have been presented at the Telecommunications Policy Research Conference (TPRC) and published in Telecommunications Policy. He has a M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
